It seems that UDPP is highly recommended more than any other product on the net..does anyone have any other recommendation that can match up or is better than UDPP?Best eye makeup base/primer=Urban Decay Potion Primer?
UDPP is good, but pricey. for cheaper, comparable versions of the same type product, check out mary kay ($12) and merle norman ($11).
Smashbox Photofinish that the other poster is referring to is a foundation primer, not for eyes. it is excellent, though. by far the best facial primer.Best eye makeup base/primer=Urban Decay Potion Primer?
Smashbox Photo Finish primer has a cult following and is featured in Allure magazine and others as a reader's and editor's pick. I would definitely try it before purchasing UDPP!
I think UDPP is best
