concealer

i use concealer on my eyelids and a light powder over it. use liquid eyeliner as it doesn't smudge when dry. allow the liquid liner to dry before blinking etc. hope this helps. let me know how you get on.I need something as a base for eye makeup so the make up and eyeliner would not smear.?
You need a good primer to keep that eyeshadow in place. Rimmel has a great foundation primer that you can also use on your lids and it usually costs between 5-8 dollars depending on pricing in your area.

Tip***When using a primer always apply it and then let it dry (or set) for a minute or so, then go ahead and apply your makeup.

If you want something a little more fancy and your willing to pay the extra cash urban decay has a phenomenal eyeshadow primer!

Tip**** If you want your eyeliner not to run dust a little bit of a light shadow under your lash line on the bottom lid, this soaks up any moisture that would cause your makeup to run.

If you do not have any money to work with try using foundation as a substitute for primer on your lids, just make sure it is dried to a tacky texture before you apply your makeup
Urban Decay eyeshadow primer potion. It's sort of expensive but it works and comes in a big bottle so it should last a while. Also UD is a cruelty-free brand if that is a factor in your purchase at all. You can purchase it at Sephora or Sephora.com or www.urbandecay.com
eyeliner's smear about an hour to an hour and half into wearing them because your body is melting the wax that keeps the pigment in it together. that's the reason why before these liner sealants came out, what we used to do is just set the liner =(

there are liner sealers out there like from elf and bare escentuals. but i have oily lids, too, what has worked for me without any sealer is bobbi brown's long wear gel liner, i've got the brown coffee one. if i'm extra oily i set it with bare escentual's fashionista liner shadow since they are the most alike in shade. but even with just the fashionist liner shadow, it doesn't smear or settle at that little pink pocket we have at the outer corners of our eyes. i've got lots of liners already and the addition of yet another product especially

my eyes is not too appealing anymore. so i'd rather set it with powder, mineral liner shadows would make sense as better in setting a melting wax like an eyeliner because of the mineral makeup in it (because mineral makeup is usually better on oily faces for better absorbtion).
Bare Essentials- u can use the foundation or their special primer JUST FOR EYES!
I use Benefit's ';That Gal'; primer
Urban Decay Primer Potion! I don't put make up on without it. When I've fallen asleep with my make up on I've woken up and it's still perfect! Read some reviews, I don't think I've seen a bad one.

Urban Decay Primer Potion
Foundation %26amp; I've also heard that if you spray some hairspray on your finger or something and dab your eye make-up with it that it prevents it from smearing.
