Good eye makeup base?

What is a good and inexpensive makeup base?Good eye makeup base?
- Urban Decay Primer Potion ($17)

- Too Faced Shadow Insurance ($17)

- L'oreal De-Crease (~$9)

- Revlon Illuminance Cream Shadow quads (~$7)

concealer or foundation also works if you can't get any of the above. my favorite is the Revlon.Good eye makeup base?
urban decay eye shadow potion.

I paid 17 bucks for it

and I was like this is too expensive

but it works sooooo freakin well!!!

it keeps your eyeshadow glued in place

and it lasted me like 4 months!

in fact my friend is using it for her prom makeup.

you can get it from sephora!!!

^that stuff's only $12. but i'll give you a little trick: if you're looking for a makeup base for eyeshadow, you can use chapstick. just rub it on, let it stick for a minute or 2, %26amp; then dab off the excess with a tissue. it works great!
Just get a neutral cream shadow. Elf carries one. It works or they do have an eye primer for $3 in their studio collection. I highly recommend spending the $17 on urban decay primer potion. Theres alot in there so its a great investment.
-thin layer of vasaline

-sticky conceler

or there are some cheap actual eyeshadow bases. i have one from nyc colour cosmetics

(:
