OMG! i luv water based make- up! it doesn't make u break out at all. Neutrogena skin-clearing make-up(foundation) is the best. It also removes oil from ur skin so u dont hav 2 spend all day powderin ur forhead and nose. i tried covergirl clean makeup too, and i lyked it but the color didnt match my skin color as well. both rock my sox, so good luck!
