Which one do you think would make a better makeup BASE for dryer skin?

I'm looking for something that will smooth my skin out before i apply foundation so it will go on more smoothly and evenly. Remember i have dryer skin! These two have good ratings and are both bases so im stuck on which one to go for.

I would go for the daywearplus because in the description it really focuses on the moisturizing effects. I would go to the makeup counter and see if they have a sample first of both, try them out...wait and day and see which one you like better.Which one do you think would make a better makeup BASE for dryer skin?
You probably can use either but the main thing to do is put on lotion before using any make up.
