I used to use one from Biotherm..it's called White Detox Makeup Base (it comes with SPF25)..but they don't have it in Canada. It is not oily but instead silky...Can you recommend something which I can get my hands on hereDo you know any good makeup base?
A great primer is Benefit That Girl, but it has no SPF. A good one with SPF 30 is the Becca Cosmetics primer. Both can be found in Sephora, which I'm sure Canada has a lot of.

Clinique always has good makeup and skincare, and you might not even need a base if you use something like compact makeup etc. Good moisturisers can also be used as bases for makeup.
2 good primers i know of and used are:
Smashbox %26amp; Sally Hanson.
The Sally one is organic so it doesnt have any weird chemicals.
A little goes a long way too.
