more infomrtation? ...Oil based and grease based makeup- does anybody know what people should use this and when it is used or some ?
You should only use this makeup if you have very dry skin. If your skin is oily this will only encourage break-outs. If you have healthy, normal skin or slightly oily skin mineral makeup always looks best.
