Makeup Basics - Base Help - What Type of Foundation?

I want some coverage on my combination-to-dry 15-year-old skin with large-ish pores and blemishes/redness to nose and cheeks.

I'd like a 'barely there' natural look and I need something that is easy to wear (and apply) with buildable coverage preferably and will last through the day, covering my redness and very shiny nose (Rudolph, haha!) and not sliding at the first sign of sweat.

Here's some example of my skin just in case:

Should I go for liquid or powder?

Is there really a difference between liquid foundation and tinted moituriser?

Will tinted moisturiser cover redness and shine?

Do I need finishing powder?Makeup Basics - Base Help - What Type of Foundation?
Liquid comes of really easy when you sweat and powder makes you look really obvious that you are wearing foundation. In the end I would use the powder because with the liquid you would still be able to se your pores. Use Maybeline or Rimmel. They are both supposed to be really good.
